Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Shady sh!t in Pacific NW

Was given my package Sept 2nd. I work for card services and they shut the Beaverton Oregon location for gawd sake! I only see a check if I'm still around on Dec 31st. Decent package but no thanks. I'll take Door #2 instead. Show me the line for the first lifeboat that's departing this Titanic.

To those affected in OR/WA, many of you are my friends and colleagues. This is not what September was suppose to look like, dang it! Be awesome and be kind to each other.

Remember that others are watching how we navigate through this. God, give us grace. #TAKETHEPACKAGE!

To my colleagues impacted by this decision: thank you for your support and contributions over the years. You will all be missed.

Almost a week after being told by Patrick Law that we can "ride this rocket ship" to TX or NJ or lose our jobs, those of us in Beaverton card services are still waiting to hear ANY information regarding proposed "relocation benefits" vs severance details and end date. I can only guess my colleagues in Lake Mary are also in the same boat? There is literally zero chance I would ever leave the PNW for a sh---y location in TX or NJ, let alone go back into an office.

We’re the 70 affected in Channels or Cards?

They are card and ATM project managers.
Today additional 70+ given relocation or severance orders for most OR/WA folks. Lots of knowledge in this group.

What roles were impacted by this?

What are they doing with the Beaverton folks now that there is no office to go back to? Are they laying all of them off?

Yeah, we have a lot of smart people that worked out of the Beaverton Office, and it would be easy for them to jump ships to a better company out in this area.
