Women shoes has turned into a dumpster fire..
we got 3 boots in and from holiday season past we would have over 50-60 boots
all the styles are old and beat down and forgotten.
the boots are low quality cr-ap that i wouldn't even go fishing in.
there is no more lucky brand flats or booties which is always a hot seller.
its now filled with no name cr-ap that looks like cr-ap and feels like cr-ap
theres no help either.. you might as well just dump all the ugly shoes on the floor and let the customers pick thru them

So many customers complaining about lack of stock in our store, but ladies shoes looks great compared to men's shoes. We have open sell in both and all of the men's shoe counters have been pushed together so its one big island of fixtures with product just running around the outside. Go to Khol's, Dillards, JC Pennny, Target, Walmart and they all have stock so the problems a ports must just be Macy's.
The quality of shoes and merchandise at Macy's has really gone down. It's a huge disappointment for shoppers not to have the options like they did in the past.
Stock is late arriving, but it's trickling in. The goods will get there but not on the schedule we are used to.
Sounds like Sears leftovers.
