So why are all our leaders being made to take mandatory harassment training all of a sudden? Anyone know what’s up with this? I was talking to someone and they said all our management has to take mandatory training.

A bunch of people in FC were just fired for racism on a team building. Supervisors included
There is an explosion of harrassment cases and report assaults. Very serious
Reports of harassment are way up! Most likely due to the fact managers demand constant contact through Teams, and employees feel stalked on a daily basis. Constant requests for updates and PowerPoint slides…constant! It never ends, so some may feel it constitutes harassment.
There was an incident at one of the sites were a young lady was se-----y harassed
The axe is already at the root of the tree.
So they know how to be more subtle about it and not get nabbed.
Yeah, every single employee has to take this at most companies these days.
Everybody takes the training, not just managers
