I quit BTC last year right after the disguised layoffs started . Since then I learned that ~70% of whom i knew in DS/EMIT quit too!(may be in other deps the churn rates are low). You guys' might be surprised to hear these numbers...even I was!. Many of these folks reached out to me as well before they quit to know about the market situation.
As a person who can think out of the EM box.... I can call out two things.
- Work culture is ultra toxic now- be it BTC/EMHC (from what I heard)
- Sub par pay at BTC - at entry levels especially - Its just a matter of time these kids realize they are underpaid and they will quit too.
