Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Keep an eye on relocations to co-locate teams.

They say it’s happening to everyone yet hearing of inconsistencies. Functional Leaders sitting in one location while their full teams are in another one.

Lawyer up and make them pay for their stupidity

Might be interesting to try this with a jury of our peers…not Frank’s…

Fiserv has been successfully sued before and it will happen again. Though personally, I would prefer to just coast on Frank's wallet at a rate of $150k/yr. I suggest everyone does the same. This will ensure maximal Frank-wallet implosion velocity in the long run.

Yep, there have been inconsistencies. So what? This is about Frank's will and Frank's will be done. It has nothing to do with 'collaboration' or 'client experience'. Under it all, it's a sneaky way to 'realize synergies'.

You can't sue your way into keeping your job. Unless you have very deep pockets and an appetite for risking a 100K legal bill.

Most states fall under at-will employment laws. You can be let go for any or no reason at any time.

No need for a lawyer. If you don't like a company's direction you can always find another job.
