So how much are leads actually getting paid now, ive seen a tma lead post he getting 21, but our tma lead only got 19, and who decides who gets what, store manager are corporate....starting to seen unfair

Merch Leads $19
Front End Leads $19
TBC Lead $19
CPU Lead $19
Fresh Produce Lead $21
Fresh Prepared Food Lead $22
Fresh Bakery Lead $22
Fresh Meat Lead $23
CPU Associates: $16
TBC Associates: $17
Forklift Merchandising Associate $17
People need to not care about what others make and worry about themselves. If they are not happy in their current position move up if they are not happy in the company find another job. Why worry about what one team lead is making or what a floor associate is making. You control your own happiness fix it by doing something for yourself instead of worrying if someone is making a dollar more than you
Like someone said, it depends on the position and it depends on where your club is located. There is no same pay regardless of where you live.
It's best to just mind your own business and either take what you are getting paid or go somewhere else.
Not all leads got a raise even in the same building. Depending on what they already make. They were just raising the minimum basically. Not raises across the board
Produce lead is $21
Every district gets something different so just because one is getting one pay another is getting something else, a lot of the pay depends on cost of living where you are. California obviously gets paid more as it’s crazy expensive to live where other states might not be as bad.
