FIS treats its employees well and overall is a good company to work for, but its army of low quality developers led by ineffective managers cast in the mold of perpetual victims lacking any modicum of personal accountability and who have little or no experience or interest in the nuts and bolts of their respective technology stack need to be culled for the sake of client satisfaction and margin, to name just two important reasons. The C-suite should step up and make it happen, please.
