So my closer called in yesterday nobody touched produce fresh manager just let it go to the toilet and I'm by myself this morning until 1pm with 14 pallets this is getting ridiculous 😳 😑

why are you by yourself? every club in our market has at least 2 openers every morning.
this company & management need to realize that 2 people need to open & close every area in fresh. someone is going to always call in. letting a department go unattended is B.S.

Caring about stuff getting done more than your bosses gets old. It's just a matter of how long it takes us to break the cycle.
Just do your best and don’t worry about it. Remember it’s work not your life.
Just park the 14 pallets in the produce and dairy walk ins and your problem will be solved.
That way you do not break the cold chain and the pallets are shoppable for the members.
