So if you divide 109 million by 7 and then by 3000, you find out that your job is disposable to Fiserv so they can add an additional ~$5,200 to their coffers per employee. That's it...you will lose your job so they can make an extra 5 grand off of you.
Many people would gladly take a 10K pay cut to keep working remotely...so you do the math...
