In Scotia Digital some managers are not diversified, they keep their friends and family who were contractors, laid off FTEs . HRs are blind as well. They don’t see their South Indian family in big one team… keep hard working people mr. Manager otherwise karma will hit you hard

This is 100% true - RBSC under Nanci York-Brar’s leadership should watch out as her plans are to move all the Canadian jobs to the Dominican Republic where they pay $9500CAD for a level 4 job vs. $35,000 for the same position done by a Canadian! What the general population doesn’t know is that their personal information will now be reviewed by people outside of our Canadian Boarders.
Employees are disposable commodities at the big banks. Smart consumers are moving their business elsewhere, making things rough for these bloated parasites.
No job within Scotiabank is guaranteed, it will always be influenced by markets demands. The demand for higher profits in a competitive environment will lead businesses to continuously improve and strive to be leaner. For those who will be laid off- I’m sorry. Profits and sympathy don’t go together. For those who will remain, remember your job is not guaranteed.
