Any news? How is the old sales leader handling products? How is the engineer handling sales? Has Odilon wised up yet? Any more layoffs?

Every January comes another round of layoffs. Small shakeup for the ELT. Leave the remaining few to pick up the work of their former Co workers. EBITDA from the earnings call means more layoffs than usual.
ACI doing acquisitions was always the method under Heasley, but they never did anything accretive to earnings. Look at past disasters like PAY.ON costing $200 million but no ROI.
The activist investor won’t allow these kinds of shell games to continue.
ACI is about to acquire someone, that's their answer to growth. Nothing will happen in 2022 in terms of us being sold, 2023 is a different story.
And nothing in this earnings report shows that ACIW is accelerating fast enough to prevent being sold. My prediction is another large layoff either just before or after a sale in 2022.
Given the earnings miss more layoffs should be expected. EBITDA down on all segments and Biller revenue down. Not good when EBPP was the differentiator that ACI was going for with acquisitions like Speedpay!
