So what happened, did they extend the date or did they fire people without vaccine, or weekly testing?

Wait until they fire you. Don't quit. Later you will have the right to sue them for $$$$. After that you can retire.

Considering management takes Slat Tracks from MRB (Scгap)
Then instructs employees to install the Scгap on the aircraft
I’d say we are still par for the course

This is really going to hurt boeing. They have no idea how many people are going to leave this sh-t company lol. It's a joke really. But sure...get greenlights from the factory to test the planes. Fu---n id--ts can't even rig slats properly haha.

Don’t get your hopes up, Boelube Bob. Sure, you might get your exemption approved. However, unless you are working from home or are otherwise in a position where you have no contact with coworkers, your exemption will not be able to be accommodated by the company. End result - bye bye.

Just fire those who aren't getting the vaccine already, stop dragging it out.
I'm ready to leave this extremely fxcked up company.
Worst working experience ever.

If you read closely, this time around the medical and religious exceptions are supported. As such, for those of you who worry about vaccination, just get the exception. I presume that there would be nobody to object you telling you worship Mickey Mouse and that he prohibits foreign substances to enter your body other than natural ways...

No, they do not, it has been pushed to January 4

New York Times:

"The president has previously imposed vaccine requirements on federal workers, a group that totals more than four million people, and companies that have federal contracts. (The latter group’s deadline was pushed to Jan. 4, from early December.)"

NO- that is for work places with 100+ employees.
BOEING, a federal contractor, has an earlier timeline.

From MLive:

Employers must either develop a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy or a policy allowing employees to elect either to get vaccinated or to undergo weekly COVID-19 testing and wear a face covering at the workplace.

If an employer requires vaccination in their workplace, they cannot fire an employee who refuses to be vaccinated and agrees to be tested weekly while providing documentation and wearing a mask. OSHA does not prevent employers from taking disciplinary action against employees who do not comply. Employers are advised to consult applicable law and/or labor management contracts.
