That’s what happens if you stick together.

But it’s a start in the right direction
Ok then. I guess them retracting the immediate dismissal if not vaxed by that day wasn’t a blink. Just some bureaucrats moving things.
UP didnt "Blink".....Just like NS didnt "Blink". OSHA set the Vaccine date for Buisness's with more than 100 employees at Jan. 4........the Biden Administration changed the Federal Mandate to coincide with OSHA requirments......Has absolutely nothing to do with Sticking together(at this time anyway)......its actually a win for the RR's........gets them through Peak Season into our usually slowest month when layoffs are kinda normal.
Blink. Instead of firing people immediately for not being vaccinated they will keep them on while they work with the employees to convince them to get vaccinated. They also moved the last chance vax date out. Not a big gain, but they did blink. So it proves when they realize 40% of their workforce isn’t, and will not be vaccinated, panic starts to set in. Push back! What do you have to lose?
Define blink?????? Post UP information somewhere else, please
Rail unions are unions in name only compared to what other unions have. Not casting blame or pointing fingers, its just a basic truth. If you've ever worked at these other places you know. The power of the union is in its ability to control. Railroaders aren't an easily controlled bunch of people. The price we pay for not being easily controlled is that our unions are weak and our contracts are garbage...but we can blame politicians for that and keep losing at the bargaining table every time.
WTH is BLINK
How did UP blink?
Who cares
