Covid Vax Mandate!

P66 is embracing Bidens (OSHA’s) Emergency Temporary Standard and will be forcing employees to vaccinate or pay the consequence. The government is turning corporations into the VAX police, why is P66 rolling over and complying with this obvious overreach of power? Why isn’t natural immunization valid (since the vaccine Basically imitates the body’s own immune response, it should be just as effective)? Why isn’t the state pushing back? Disclosure: I am vaccinated, but think it is anti-freedom to force others…

Are we going to simply give-in and comply?

Myocarditis in covid is mild. The vaccine produces the inflammatory process, where the heart expresses the spike protein, the body attacks it, dramatic EKG changes, totally different syndrome. Vaccine induced is way more serious and prominent than one post covid. All well and good for you and I to choose to take that risk.

Company has to follow OSHA mandate.
Courts can’t do anything!
So why complain. Doctors and Firefighters, pilots, etc had no choice either.
It’s a tough decision that unvaccinated people will have to make, but I’m sure the company will be fine. They will fine a replacement or even 2 to make up for that really good person. It’s happening all over.
Hopefully you are financially ready to walk out the door, or talk to your doctor about your options

Agreed P66 don't have a choice, don't blame them at all. But do show SOME backbone for a few minutes at least for dedicated long term employees that have strong religious concerns about aborted cell tissue use in Pfizer.

Just talked to my supervisor and he is shocked as well by this. People in the field are not happy. Tone deaf to say the least, but i guess we are to expect this nowadays? The 1 company that doesn't require vaxx will get the best crew of blue collar workers in the industry. Figured P66 would want to be in the running for that but HR will prevent

This is quite a shame. Just read the email and was extremely disappointed. Can’t believe they would do this to us after we willingly returned to the office in May of last year. By the looks of it they are not open to a testing option, which unvaccinated employees would follow all rules to comply with. I came into contact with multiple VACCINATED employees over the last few months who contracted COVID in the office!

David Erfert just destroyed a significant amount P66 shareholder value with this poorly thought out path forward. Why not work with the people who have been loyal and kept the engine running over the last 18 months?
