Anyone know for the people laid off Nov 2020. How long would we need to wait to go back and not have to pay the severance back?

It’s one year. This is stated on the MyHr website and is standard practice for most large companies.
Everyone had a different experience than others, and might be w ok long to go back . Do it u have the answer to my question? Or just responded to question me?
Let someone else jump in. I would not rely on someone still at Allstate. But then I would not go back.
Surely, there are many places better than Allstate to work!
I'm still at allstate but if I remember correctly I think it's 1 year and if you return sooner it's pro rated. Someone else can jump in to confirm that
