For those Clubs that are already on this program, how does it work? What department is getting the orders and shipping them? Club pickup Associates?

Shop and ship comes from dotcom or a club that has ship from club.
Personal shoppers. We are responsible for CPU and ship from club. Good luck
We started it and club pick up does everything. It’s just another thing they added to us
