It’s a great company, some folks use the whole racist, diversity etc etc as a crutch to make up for their lack of talent, ambition and drive. Good luck with that.
Hey OP, nor should they have to be.
coy have started to lose focus on a number of areas over the years
when was the last time we did lpo/lpsa? started to slack on safety i feel
The majority will likely not agree but Chevron is a rac**t company.
Fix the Diversity problem first and then you can focus on the Inclusion problem.
As long as there leaders like CF from MCBU are in seat, D&I will not progress.
MW you don't have a woke company you have a morally broke company. You have allowed all this woke and diversity cr.. to happen rather than make money for the shareholders
It's so sad for chevron that they no longer consider talent when making promotion or assignment selections.
The old ways were not right but this new discrimination smells like revenge. Someone will hopefully take notice before it's too late to save the company, but I doubt it company is not woke It's broke
Anyone seen the woke queen's latest LinkedIn achievement???
I wonder if she has an app on her phone to count the number of white males she has gotten pushed out of the chevron door.
@1ztq+1dID6ETf The whole WOKE narrative (and the oppressor/oppressed worldview in general) is deeply rooted in envy.
One can feel the anger and divisiveness in the D&I rhetoric. It aim is revenge, not progress.
why arent wh*te men happily accepting their replacement?!?!
Glad to see people are waking up to this “woke” garbage. Wh*te men are finally seeing the D&I initiatives for what they are.
Chevron is Woke. Almost as Woke as Coke.
All about inclusion but only if you have the V!
Oh yes they are, even to a fault. It is to such a point that I consider it reverse discrimination.
RM is, and always has been, a token. A poor performer with no track record, no name recognition outside Chevron, a puppet to whatever fancy trends SR management read about in their California papers. That said, HR adds nothing to the company, and other than harming morale, can't really do it any harm. Ignore the noise and concentrate on your career.
The only thing Chevron is 'serious' about is the dividend, with executive perqs and benefits a close second. D&I and all its predecessor 'social awareness' is just meant to placate Wall St. and fool the younger employees.
They are serious about diversity……including bre@king federal laws during reorgs. They’re interested in inclusion too, as long as it’s in line with their party line.
JL you really need to stop posting on this boards. It shows your immaturity. Stop taking this troll bait and move on.
Oh my…no validity in this original post.
At “Mef”, your data is way off, in fact, it’s the complete opposite. There are very few males in HR anymore. The ones remaining are actually pretty good. Sounds like a disgruntled and probably recently unpromoted employee.
Sure they are. White men continually overpromoted in HR.
The head of HR is very much in favor of diversity ,it's the inclusion part that she and her freinds have an issue with...inclusion is fine with her/ them as long as white males are excluded.......
Have you been sleeping for the past 4 years?
