Tried to buy some Premium crackers at 2 Public Supermarkets
But there were NONE on the shelves, not even unsalted. WTF
Sorry company glad I left.

Nothing to do with strikes....premiums are a void every single year around this time. Seen it for 20 plus years, haven't been on strike those years.

My DM would literally text us from his bar stool as we would put in a 12 hour day. And they wonder why morale is so low....

We run out of premiums every single year. Also, I'm not too concerned about shortages, what I am concerned about is the objectives. Are they even adjusting for the fact of matter?

Agreed.. but Mexico doesn't make all of the Premium Plus for the states. We even moved some production to Canada to cover some of the shortfall but it wasn't enough.

That's what happens when Plants strike. Many other issues as well affecting all companies, not just Mondelez..
