I'm not sure people will be willing to share this but I'm going to ask anyhow. Where are you applying? I know many, many people are looking for a new job, me included, so I'm wondering what the best options are out there for people coming from Fiserv. This is also a question for those who have already left but still occasionally visit this page, where do you work now?

I'm going back to a big bank where I worked previously, for a lot more money and permanent remote work, as I. work in technology and really have no need to be in an office. Handing in my notice next week.
Cloud networking tech kind of big right now
Run from Fintech. Many of these companies are cronies and have similar views. Better pay and benefits overall at other tech companies.
I moved from FinTech to a Gaming software development company. It all depends on your skill set.
This is a giant company and you didn't specify at all what you do. My position is generic enough that i can go to pretty much any company. I'm not saying I'll be hired, just that my exact position exists within all orgs.
Sadly, my last few companies all went the same way fiserv is going. We were making money, then a larger company, either from merger or an investment firm took over and bled us dry. Blame OFS, blame OFD, blame JY, blame FB, blame KKR, it doesn't matter they are all the same. Their purpose is to make money, not to make us happy.
With that being said, I don't think you will find a "best option" in this world anymore. Hopefully you can find an option that makes you happy for a few years, but plan on it not lasting forever. It it's a successful company it will end up just like here in a few years.

Also, check out any Top 40-50 bank within driving distance. They all have core systems, internet banking, branch capture, teller systems, reporting systems, card servicing, etc. Those systems need support!
