Thread regarding Dunkin layoffs

Same "Stuff" Different Day...
As a former employee who was at Dunkin in "the good old days", I'm sad to say I've seen this movie before. Take a look at who the Chairman of the Board is at Inspire Brands. Anyone at DD during his reign as CEO will not be surprised at what is happening right now. Employees are viewed as a commodity. The theory is Dunkin survived before you arrived and will be there long after you are gone. I see the daily posts on LinkedIn of former colleagues noting their last day and how they look forward to beginning the next chapter of their careers. There is life after Dunkin'. Use this experience as a life lesson. Good Luck!
