I don't care about CRT. I don't care about minorities or their perceived oppressions. If they can get up and get it done, they will. If they can't they will continue to fail. I just don't care. If they decide the only way they can get what they want is to steal it from me, then run up on me and we'll see what happens. No amount of diversity training is going to change the obvious reality that some have what it takes and some don't. Take a guess which is which. That's right. You know too.

I am confident that this training has converted many racists to loving human beings.

What critical race theory? Your company training by the HR experts are nothing but links to CNBC, TED, YouTube and other online articles and videos. Putting race issues aside, why in the he-l are these people employed to literally steal other's work? Seriously, why not pay a teenage intern to post links and fire all these as-----s. Unbelievable!

Beliefs and faith are personal, like in personal choice. If video is factual, interesting about PAST issues. Nothing we can do about this. If there is a company plan to change something, then post that plan. My faith, my beliefs, my choice. How about C-suite paying their salary to correct the issues they are concerned about.
