Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Don't leave. Coast.

Frank wants everyone to quit, so he can meet his attrition goal. This is also exactly why he is chomping at the bit at laying off 20% of the workforce for not getting vaccinated. He doesn't care one bit about the vaccine -- he is just using it as ammo. Fk Frank his abuse. I recommend everyone coast on his dime for as long as possible to put some hurt on his fat wallet.

Talk to the media and leak information anonymously. Fk Frank.

of course. Frank cares about ... Frank. Don't listen to his bu-----t about how he cares about employees. Total smoke screen. Make no doubt, Frank's number one care is Frank.

Notice the the vaccine mandate allows for testing if you do are not vaccinated. No option for this at Fiserv.

I personally can't coast for too much longer. It's putting me in a horrible mood and I feel really bad for the rest of my team.

I'm hoping to pull the trigger in the next couple of weeks

I couldn't stomach it any longer. Being a middle manager, having to deliver sh---y messages to your people day in and day out gets old. Unable to support clients, FTS unable to build infrastructure in a timely manner. Projects just spinning in circles with little to no progress. Over an out, last week for me.

Good advice if you can stomach it. Lying to prospects, apologizing to clients for missed commitments makes it difficult. At some point I am going to break. I have been deemed a astro/SME but what difference does it make if everyone around you is jumping ship?

Been 'coasting' for a few years already!! Hoping to hang on here for another 1-3 years before retiring. When I am needed, I am there but I will NOT go 'the extra mile' like I've done for many, many years.
