I know of at least two business units who called a meeting with a bunch of people and said we will be laid off effective. February 4th. About 200 people in the meeting I was in, and there were separate meetings for different groups so who knows how big this is. I wonder if this is retaliation for people asking for religious accommodations for the vaccine mandate. They said 4 times in the meeting to keep this confidential so they are acting like they have something to hide.

Being laid off by Change Healthcare was the ABSOLUTE BEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ME!!!! 10 years of being a robot for a company that cares for nothing but the top! Every bit of management (from McKesson to CHC) was tragic. Good bye CHC and Good bye anxiety. Thank you for the layoff and thank you for the severance! LOOK at who is on top and the money they make....yet no raises. This company is unethical

I was laid off this year. My job was outsourced. Best thing that could have happened to me. I found another job a month later. There are good jobs out there. Not every place treats its people poorly. It's a hardship to start over, especially when trying to support a family. But I want to encourage all my former coworkers that have been laid off or about to be, not to despair. Good things await you.

This layoff is of course, dirty pool. it is about their bottom line and making sure they, upper management, get their raises and bonuses....they don't really give a rat's a-s about the people they are pushing out the door!!
I wonder if the department of justice and the doctors group that are fighting the merger with UHC know that a company that receives government contracts is sending hundreds if not thousands for all we know of jobs overseas.
Well we had a guy in office who was trying to do something about jobs being sent overseas, but he said some mean things on Twitter so he got replaced with someone who does nothing about it while forcing you to take experimental dr-gs to keep an job that costs a fortune in gas to get to.
Why can't we protest for our American jobs being sent overseas! Why can we not stand up for our jobs to stay in America! It's our economy and and our livelihood that is being crumbled. Why do we have to keep quiet when Americans are losing jobs that are being outsourced!

Senior leadership is completely incompetent in this company. The message couldn't even be delivered efficiently. You just destroyed 360+ hardworking Americans so you could satisfy your shareholders and leadership bonuses. Staff has zero confidence in CHC and its leadership. In a few short years, you drove what we built as McKesson straight into the ground. Bravo!!!! The rest of us are left to wonder when we're next. That's a great psyche to work with.
Honestly, since we became Change Healthcare, it has been going downhill... sending emails showing how the great we are doing and then not giving raises "for the betterment of the company" stating "Business as Usual" as the company slogan... not being forthcoming about the wizard behind the curtain. Also, what company gives a 3 month notice to it's employees? What possible motivation will people have to work 3 months for a company that does not care one iota about its employees??? I am just shaking my head... made people get a vaccine that they were against just to keep their job... and then fired them anyway??? Absolutely appalling
It's not major layoffs, It's jobs terminated as of 2/04/2022. Was told it was for the betterment of the company. How is taking jobs away from the American people and sending them overseas better for the company?
At least 360+ employees were on the call all being laid off by 2/4/2022. It was handled very rudely by Scott Madden, he is very unprofessional. Neil the CEO was not on the call. We were previously told we would be offered jobs through Optum which we are being sold to by 2/2022, well that is not the case. Communication is horrible at this company.

I got laid off today and I'm fully vaccinated. This doesn't have anything to do with vaccination status.
The meeting I was in had over 370 people attending and we all were let go on 2/4/22 but if you are let go before that on 12/8 for not getting the vaccine that just makes them not have to pay a severance package. And why this company has not extended the date to 1/4/22 for vaccine mandate like the govt has stated it just wrong also. Just ridiculous how companies can treat their employees.
