These days I’m a little nostalgic when I remember what it used to be like to work here compared to what it is today. Who would have thought a few years ago that today this would be a company where mediocrity is more valued than those who really deserve respect?

Well, I didn't know we were a bank. I thought we're a broker dealer. Well I learned a lot.
When they talked about periodic regular meetings with the Fed and MDs, who used to be called EVPs. I was waiting for someone on the call slip and say Steak Sauce. LOL.
@2vhi+1dJrbPdQ what is the point of this meeting? Did we, green, finally complain enough about the red tape that they called an entire all hands to tell us they have a bank and are highly regulated?
Approx. 50% of STS employees have joined since March 2020!!!
That's crazy!!!

LOL!!!!! Rotglmao. LOL!!!!!!!!!!
I sympathize with Schwab Green. TDA sounded like a pretty good place to work. Good technology, faster pace, less bureaucracy. Who wouldn’t want that?
I hope they’re able to impart some positive change in Blue.
Green went downhill quick, are you saying Blue also went downhill after LD1 or did Blue just go downhill because of all the whiny Green ba----ds?
I only have to go back to last year to recollect on the good times. Downhill slide since LD1.
We’re all IT in the digital economy. Schwab just hasn’t realized that yet.
Without outing yourself, can you share what area of Schwab you work for?
I’m always curious about what parts of the company the posters on this board come from.
It seems like there are a lot of IT people here.
