We are not paid enough for the cr-p they've been putting us through and for the amount of work they've been getting from us in return. When's the last time we had a decent raise? I can't remember. With the inflation going up, what we get now is worth less and less and we keep giving them more because we take on more work to compensate for those who are gone. It's harder and harder to find a justification for staying here a day longer.

No end of year bonuses either here on top of the cr---y 2-3% raises for working 12 hour days 6 days a week in claims to keep up.

I was a fool and came back to this cr-p after getting tossed in 2020. Thought it was just business but now realize it is just corporate greed and posturing but a few slimy pieces of filthy garbage at the top. Doing what I should have done originally and looking elsewhere. This culture is one of pure toxicity and incompetence from Wilson and Shapiro on down. We are nothing but 42,000 pawns for a company that is nothing more a personal corrupt piggy bank for a half dozen at the very top. They steal from their customers with subpar products and pi-s poor service and support.
Allsnake will stick with the cr-p 2-3% raises while competitors pay twice that. Wait and see…
