I am as frustrated as anyone with vaccine mandate, relocation, work from work, and less and less people to do the real work. I will have to say my managers are awesome and like a lot of the rest of us just trying to navigate our difficult road - keeping the passengers safe, avoiding the potholes and ejector seats. I truly feel most of us are invested in what we are doing. It’s a shame that the board room is the group planting the IUD’s in the road and siphoning the gas from the cars.

IED, yes, that's the correct term. I haven't met a man yet with a story to tell about his IUD! By the way, my management team is also top-notch. I like to imagine that the managers who are worth a damn are adding "WTF" to the end of every sentence they hear from C-level and slightly below statements.
