So sorry to hear of the recent layoffs. I work for SemiGen in Londonderry, we are hiring. if anyone is looking for their next opportunity give them a call! We have several openings in Engineering, Human Resources, Sales, Quality, and our Foundry.

In the past months my manager has resigned, two supervisors have resigned, three manufacturing engineers have resigned, and our human resources department has gone through three people in 5 months. No one has to worry about layoffs, the company is losing talent literally every day. We are currently behind schedule and over budget on every program and the future looks bleak. Space and airborne systems is about to fold up shop. Something is going on and they're not telling us. I believe this segment is on the verge of collapse or being sold off. Either way we are not producing a product. Time to dump your stock.

September 30th will be the last day for many veteran employees that have been with the company since it was ITT. Some of them have spent more than 30 years of their lives working in Clifton New jersey. They are being cast aside in favor for younger more diverse employees. This is how this woke company rolls. A word of advice to you Chris kubasik, everybody gets old, even you. Someday you'll be getting your parachute but it will have a lot more gold in it than mine. I was glad to be here when the company was still a great company. And as I'm leaving I see nothing but wreckage. Good riddance to you all.

Early retirement option occurred at CSW in 2013. Then there were 6 rounds of layoffs. CSW was never the same afterwards. They have several hundred people that qualify now and the ones leaving are the ones that know what needs to be done. I am glad I left L3H in 2021 before it got this bad. Best of luck to those who survive the layoffs this year.

It has begun in Clifton. Woke HR is targeting certain employees for "early retirement incentives". In other words, pack your bags before we fire you. And guess who is getting those requests? All Caucasian males over 50. I'm not kidding. Check it out for yourself. There are already two class action lawsuits against the company. Looks like there's going to be another one. Good luck with that.

HERE WE GO!
CSW/BCS whatever you go by these days. Good job not hitting Dana’s numbers. 200 Ops 100 ENG start packing up your belongings. But hey at least all the 6 figure HR people are still in tact. Well done Harris. Well done

If you are of European decent you might as well leave now. L3harris has made it clear that you aren't wanted.

It has begun. As of today, all contract employees are being told they will not be hired. Those close to retirement age are being encouraged to leave Many people from the engineering sector have already left.

L3harris is being managed by people who don't know what they've doing. Mass exodus and missed contractual deadlines coupled with a discouraged workforce will end this company very soon .

MASSIVE layoffs at ALL locations... legacy Harris, legacy L3, legacy whatever.

Layoffs will occur in waves until the last round when, in a carefully orchestrated bit of procedural ballet, half of HR lays off the other half and vice versa.

All L3Harris facilities will then be converted to p-t dispensaries.

Remember, you saw it here first.

Last layoff was February 2021 so probably February 2022

Most companies are meeting attrition goals through resignations.

There's a lot of gulping and swallowing going on to be sure.

L3 is nothing but culls. Check your status: I work at L3 or I keep going back to work at L3. Yep, if you answer yes to either one you are a cull….

L3H has been losing employees in record numbers (leaving on their own) for quite some time now. It's old news.

I've also heard the internal rumor that February 2022 is going to be a "hot" month -and not in a good way. What's the driver, mass exodus out of L3 or mass lay-off's or did we not land a big contract that we counted on?

First of all, the proper use of the word is 'ads' and secondly... it's you that has the attitude and ignorance (clearly on spelling alone) that no one wants.
Move on. Take your van and live by the river.

You posted the same question on the att and Verizon page, and probably many others.
Clearly you work for the website trying to generate traffic to sell more adds. Makes sense

L3H has been making bad choices for a long time. It's about to catch up with them, it seems.
