International (Europe) is lost at sea - leaderless, loss making and with a huge loss of talent through Covid mismanagement (why would anyone stay after being kicked over and over by their so-called leaders?!).
What’s left are those who couldn’t find work elsewhere - not the best, generally speaking the dead wood that got the company into the mess they were in pre-Covid.
Franchise can’t come soon enough, although to perfectly honest the franchise team in Europe is a mess too!
Think Paul has gone was not in any of the pics or videos this week from NASDAQ, so he’s obviously around in name only?
And that strange International woman is still around, she was d-mb as, it’s all just hot air and noise.
New CEO means whats old is new again! On the top of every CEO list cost reductions! "Process improvements" "Become more efficient" Then layoffs. A few VPs will stay for the ride mostly those that are incompetent. Be ready for a wild ride. Mark, the guy frim United that lasted a year, Cathy and the last guy who had the personality of a door nob. Now back to another Marc.
Announcements coming likely before the Thanksgiving week. Restructuring mostly. Expect promotions to the undeserving and people taking on responsibilities that they aren't qualified for. Typical decisions made by leadership that have no clue as to what is really happening.
