Who knows what's going on? It's pretty clear that there is no leadership.
Never was. I've seen lots of changes in Grand Rapids, though.
Watching completely incompetent people being promoted to Manager roles simply because they stayed around the longest and whined the loudest.

I definitely know that the customers WILL CARE when they find out that $20/hour contractors are being hired to deal with their accounts! (See job ad below.)
Just what does L3H think they'll get for this wage???

Pretty much no "best employees" of L3H are here whining about layoffs, vaccines, and cr---y holiday gifts... They are working to advance their careers at L3H (possibly) or elsewhere (more likely)...
