These will not be layoffs. These will be people willingly making a conscious decision to move forward with their careers elsewhere. It's not a layoff if you fail to maintain the required standards of employment.
How many will take this opportunity to be free spirits and seek gainful employment elsewhere? Who knows. But they won't be missed. And more and more, Biden or no Biden, their opportunities will be narrower and narrower. No tech organization wants unvaxxed people. Why would they?
Not nearly as high as some would want you to believe. Every anti vaxxer is loud AF online and makes it look like there are plenty but there really aren't. It's the same people. So no, not many. Not enough to really make a dent in the next $1B next Quarter.

Arvind said that they’re going to approve basically every exemption request. As long as you didn’t put something like “Covid is fake” then you should be fine. So I don’t think it’s going to be that many. I think more people will have quit because they don’t want to deal with it.
