Nobody can tell me that it’s not the plan to shrink the number of employees drastically in the next year or two. We’ve had layoffs, a lot of people left on their own, and yet the unrealistic and artificial PIPs continue, forced ranking is still present on a large scale, and hiring of new employees has been reduced to a minimum.
Speaking from experience: The workload of my two former coworkers(one left and one was laid off) has been dumped on me. It’s obvious, they want me out the door, either by overworking me so I would leave or by creating a false picture that I’m not completing my tasks.
If this behavior continues the shrinkage of the employee number is going to be huge and they’re aware of it. One has to wonder how much of a lesser workforce are they trying to achieve in the next two years or so.

@ymb+1dN4r4t8 True.
More shrinking will happen. To what extent? I don't know. He-l, I even doubt that they know. But that doesn't matter because every employee is in constant danger and that atmosphere will stick around for a long time.
