Severance is minimum 4 weeks, maximum 26 weeks. Based on tenure.

No you cannot "opt-in" to the layoff.
Are voluntary layoffs in policy? I am interested.
One month of COBRA paid health insurance coverage, and some video/resources to help with getting a new position.
