U.S. federal appeals court affirms hold on Biden's vaccine mandate

U.S. federal appeals court affirms hold on Biden's vaccine mandate, calls it "staggeringly overbroad". Biden's vaccine mandate "raises serious constitutional concerns" and "likely exceeds the federal government’s authority."

Here is one of many links that talk about the federal mandate (non OSHA) starting this coming Monday. It will be the one to watch with regard to Cisco.

"i dunno why you try to misinform. it applies to the whole enchilada. Gov't contract or not gov't contract."

I'm the originator of this post and one of a few that are watching the legal situation closely.

I have some experience in this area.

While this case is helps to beat back the illegal mandate, the first poster is correct. The latest court case was specific to OSHA rules and does not apply directly to the federal contractor mandated.

However, it will make it much easier for other cases to succeed. There is a huge one being argued Monday, that WILL involve federal contractors. Hopefully that will go our way as well.

The company will still be able to require vaccinations in states that have not banned vaccinations. Granted, the company puts itself at serious legal risk if they go down that path without a legal federal mandate to back them up. Adverse reactions are very real. The data is out there if people choose to look for it. Alas, many won't bother. They just regurgitate the lies they are fed.
