Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

People expect the company to work in their best interest.

Why would the company (any company, not just this one) work in our best interest while we ourselves are not doing as much as we could? I know people who have been complaining for years that they are under tremendous pressure, that their health is falling apart, and they are still there. I mean, it’s not possible to keep failing to find a new job for so long, the problem is they never seriously tried looking.

I did a little snooping around and found out that the communications between the sapience client and the 1dc server aren't that secure. It would not be difficult to spew a bunch of fake data at the server to hit 8 hours of productivity every day. S|_|ck on that one Frankie.

I am skimming Frank's wallet while I help out the competition - can't beat that.

I agree with the original poster. I have not been happy with Fiserv as of late. But it hasn't been a years-long bad situation. There comes a time when you just have to pull the plug on a bad employer and look for greener pastures.

"...as much as we could" is ambiguous. Do you mean as much as you can to find another job or do as much as you can to make the company super fantastic?

Imagine victim shaming.
Maybe they need the insurance. Maybe they can't find a competitive offer. The list goes on. But you can eff right off with your victim shaming.
