Competent leadership at work

Ever feel like somebody is intentionally sabotaging the company? How else would you explain having junior process designers working on - and royally messing up - most important projects? I'm not sure who in their right mind would think that's a good idea but it keeps happening over and over again. Competent leadership at work.

Their goal is to replace everybody who earns above a certain threshold. The easiest way to do that is to make sure their replacements are trained on projects by those they want out. Mistakes don't matter, it's the overall experience they gain that does. They save more than they lose when they can safely PIP or lay off a bunch of us who're costing them more than they're willing to pay.
