Yes, we need more 'leadership'.
We don't need more working hands, budget to execute projects, or resources to support our teams.
What we need is more layers of management to be presented in our town halls followed by nonsense corporate language on how we are delivering on our transformation journey*.
*Transformation journey: the process of alienating your workforce by cutting costs, losing revenue, and repurchasing our own stock so that we can reap the benefits and get the f_(&^k out of here.
