It is terrible what mismanagement in this company has led to, and I believe that the situation will get even worse. People are losing their jobs because of terrible mismanagement and wrong leadership decisions. What bothers me the most is that that they are not even trying to prevent layoffs, instead they see them as a solution to all their mistakes?
