Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

How did the employee survey go?

Anybody seen the results of the last survey?
I bet the spin doctors are working overtime on those numbers.

We definitely need more automation to fill out forms. That would make me sooo much happier.

These are not anomalous. - Don't be a naïve chump. It's just a simple tool to identify the trouble makers for you future "Pipsters." Just check off how great things are, put on the do not disturb or go to present mode on your messenger. When you have to go to bathroom, walk fast and look stressed. If the boss ask you something, just say "I'm on it boss."

It will be cherry picked by the tone deaf Gollums that run the place... just like they always do. I stopped participating in that waste of time a few years back. No matter how much they beg, plead, threaten, and cajole, management isn't interested in your opinion, even when you can save the greedy fools some money. If they were so interested in what the peons have to say, Honeywell would have already fixed every problem instead of proliferating them.

Yes, Honeywell doubled down on automation and fired all the people who used to keep things working. Nobody remembers how to do anything because it is changing so fast you can’t keep up. Most people I know have given up and just muddle along avoiding anything related to IT.
Hiding doesn’t really work for them because the automation people from IT show up once a month to fix our network. This is followed by the ritual Mae-culpa “roll back”. IT is extremely good at rolling back. All is saved Just in time to make it impossible to meet production goals and force 12 hours days.
