Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Management in these grocery stores

treat me, well, not so good. In fact, it's horrible. No complaints on my work quality. I'm just treated poorly. Why and what can I do?

Idk, my job is way more stressful than receiving. I used to do it back in the day. If I can maintain a professional demeanor they sure can. So, if you plan on cussing me out, I'm talking to your HR. Don't care if it does anything.

Good point. Remember you get to leave the store after working. They are stuck there.

remember that people in the stores are just as beaten as you and they most likely are taking out on you the mistreatment they get! not an excuse, but just a fact. try to let it slide off your back if you can and let it be incentive to finish and leave. your boss is supposed to support you for what thats worth. i remember from my days as a store manager that the biggest jerks i knew were the ones that were unhappy at home and they took it out on vendors because it was something they got away with!

I told the receiver to "kiss my grits" and his face got really red!

Then I told him that I had a date with his wife on Friday. The receiver wont even look at my direction anymore.

G2G his wife just came over :)
We are going to a nice seafood restaurant. I don't plan on calling her after but lets see what happens ;)

I had a receiver cussing my out one day. I went straight to their HR and told them I've at its very unprofessional and I have never treated them with anything but respect and will escalate it if needed. The receiver doesn't even look in my direction anymore lol.

You problably deserve it. Maybe stop being a bad person and the stores will treat you better.

NO, don't talk to the stores HR. You are employed by Mondelez so you need to take the issues to Mondelez management. With that, don't expect anything to be done.
Problems with Mondelez service have been permeating retail for a long time. It's the "pass the buck" mentality with management.
Best thing you can do for yourself is find another job. Not sure where you are located, but for the most part management won't care, then they will blame you. How they work.
Lots of opportunities out there, take advantage.

Thanks for the replies. I have thought about talking to HR at the store I am having problems with. Think this would help? I'm not sure if I should.

Don't take it personally, management in those stores are miserable. Retail stinks! If you feel threatened email your boss, let them know you are threatened, and cc yourself. Don't let them ignore you, be persistent and make them address, that's their job!
