You will learn how to deal with the most extreme form of nepotism and harassment at this company and that helps for comparison when you leave. A positive!!
Awesome.
Gosh darn it! You sold me! I’m applying for a position today. It seems like an incredible company to be a part of. Let the journey begin.
If you are into harassment, then join. The company loves to defend and cover it up.
It'll be like a paid vacation. If you are ok with getting paid while pretending to work, i would grab this opportunity.
This was the best company to work in 2010. Company has let go talented people. Currently 95 percent of operations are done from inexperienced offshore teams.
I would seriously stay away from this shell company. They make a lot of promises that they never deliver. No vision. No compensation. Poor management up and down the line. Don’t waste your time with Hitachi Vantara.
If its sold off, the new owner may have a success-based culture (not politics and 'Me' )
If there are further consolidations there will be more redundancy packages available.
Samurai is also party of Japanese culture and HV constantly cuts…ki--s morale.
This will be worst job you have and after this the only way to go is up.
Large corporations all have lots of flaws. HV: Lots of new energy and new people. Good benefits. Respect is part of Japanese culture. Lots of momentum in EU sales market. Good place to grow and learn. Caring people.
