Let’s talk about the fact that this place told its people once that they’d never force anyone to take a vaccine against their will. And here we are, vaccine mandates despite the suspension of the osha ruling. Not only that, but they claim that ALL banks have a covid mandate. Also a lie, go figure. They must think we’re stupid. And just today, a QA session, in which they refused to answer any real questions of employees who are faced with the decision.
Look, they’re a private company. It is within their right to fire people who refuse to get the jab. However, they have an obligation to employees to provide answers to fundamental questions that would impact whether or not they would decide to get the vaccine and they absolutely refuse to answer those questions. INFORMED CONSENT is critical whether you take the shot or not. I should be Informed enough to choose to take this vaccine by my own choice, or I’m informed enough to not take it because the company has educated me on their expectations, the consequences, the timelines, and the overall policy. Neither of these things are happening. PEOPLE HAVE QUESTIONS C SUITE!!!!! Answer them for crying out loud!!!
