The new employees are treated like rock stars

This is the ranking system at its finest and It makes me sick. After a new employee is hired ( generally a younger person) the managers that handing him out smaller portions of work then the rest of us and start praising his work like he or she saved the company or something. At the same time we are handed out with much larger and complicated workloads that we cannot handle on our time on the job. Next thing you know, the young employee is considered a top performer and we are just slackers who fall behind on their work.
After many years here I don’t think much of the company’s practices towards its employees but this is a new low, even for them.

Knn… younger employee lower CL. You LJ got high CL want to talk nonsense. Simple task cannot do and claim younger ones get simpler task then you. You more experience then need to take more complex task lah. Once the young punk get promoted to your level and can still complete the task then what are you going to say?
