Also, since Glassdoor requires you to note your job title and location, how can you really provide an honest review knowing they will easily be able to figure out the poster.

@2yrr

Your comments indicate to me that either you haven't read what is posted below or you don't understand what is being said.

Sites like Glassdoor and Indeed are in fact "vetted" however this vetting power rests almost entirely in the hands of the companies being reviewed. The companies specifically pay platforms like Glassdoor for this privilege to do so (i.e. to contest reviews that they don't like so that they can be removed). If you take the time to read what is being said then you will also see the various other methods they use to silence negative reviews.

Free speech is bad for the fat-cat wall street shareholders so they will do whatever they can to make sure that you don't have a voice unless ... you only have goods things to say.

Glassdoor is like vaers. Anyone can put anything they want in there. No vetting. No checks. Nothing. Useless.

I tried to post links about this but they are getting taken down.

If you would like to learn how incredibly broken and corrupt sites like Glassdoor and Indeed are ... and the methods that companies are using to get negative posts removed, hidden, or drowned out then google the following keywords and you will see the links to these discussions:

  • - "a warning about glassdoor"
  • - "glassdoor is a scam and a sham"

Educate yourself on how the public narrative is managed and controlled.

It is pointless. Truthful reviews are quickly removed.

That is why I would like to see examples. Then share with news media to see if they would bite. It is a systemic issue worthy of exposure

All honeywell has to do is spend $1 and a thousand bots will flag the review as inappropriate. The flooding of complaints causes the post to be auto removed.
