I saw the article that the application process is being finalized for the merger between CP and KCS. I think we all knew it was coming anyways. What was funny was the opposition from the UP in regards to the application. The UP tried to stop the application, because they said the application didn't have all of the info required to allow it to proceed. The STB overruled the UP and gave the merger application the green light. Thoughts?
