Associates, are allowed to demean and talk down hourly and clerical staff by VPs. Not sure if these VPs can't be bothered, don't know how or are themselves bullies, but they are refusing to deal to with these Assoicates. They allow them to get away with screaming at others in front of other members, talking down to them and speaking to others in their native language in meetings or when working. They create a hostile work environment and an environment of intimidation, making junior or non-salaried afraid to say something for fear of retaliation by these Associates. You ask, why not go to HR? Because they do nothing or are MIA.

This seems to happen everywhere. Don't bother with h/r. They don't want to hear it and if you do get someone willing to listen, they will escalate your complaint right to your manager. After that, adios.
