Help me understand how our company can mandate a vaccine for half the company for business side but tell COR retail non salaried its STRONGLY recommended. When hey I used to work in retail, and in retail your around many more people on a daily basis. But wait there's more! And then only approve accommodations for medical and religious until January. Word on the street is that Business side is being advised to "figure out what you want to do" or find a new role in the company that doesn't require the vaccination. How is that backing up our BE YOU narrative. It is wrong to threaten people with their careers.
Whatever happened to freedom of choice ? Also if we are a company about social causes which we should be then this vaccine mandate should be an option.
That's my 10 cents turning it into a $1.00. Rant.
One final question to the audience when you put in for your legitamate accommodation request did YOU receive an approval email detailing your approval for accommodation and for how long? Guess what? I didn't and when I ask for my approval letter I get diverted to management. If I am wrong on feeling some type of way then correct me.
