Big surprise, they're pushing a possibly unconstitutional executive action to mandate jabs in the arm by December. No word on how they'll safeguard that personal medical information, and how they'll compensate for side effects of the experimental shots. Guessing this will be equivalent of a layoff due to not giving people personal choice to their medical status.

You hit the nail on the head about there being legal issues with it. It's a shame that leadership blindly followed Biden's policy and forcing to obtain employees' medical records before examining the legality of it.
Maybe they'll reconsider after seeing the mess at Southwest over the weekend due to their mandate.
A smart idea would be not to require it for those working from home, who are saving the company tons of money anyway by giving up leases on the costly office space.
Not arguing the vaccine, but the mandate is the truly scary part of what's happening to this once great nation and company.
Probably worse than a layoff. Seems like unemployment benefits can be denied. And then theres COBRA. Will that be an option?
