I try to do as much as I can to proactively develop new skills - especially outside of work. I’ve met the personal goals I’ve developed while trying not to let the work environment hold me back. I enjoy the work, I do, but I’m at a point now where I am unsure of where to go next. Do I remain for a few more years or move on? At what point did those who are now gone take the leap? When did you realize it was time? I’ve been here for over 3 years and sometimes I feel as if I’m not getting anywhere in my career.

Your instinct is right. If you work for L3H, you really are going nowhere.
Let that be your guide.
You need to get a mentor to lead you to the next level. Preferably one from U.K. ideally Scotland then you will go far in this organisation.
That sinking feeling is telling you that you aren't going anywhere in your career. Listen to what your gut is saying, get out now.
