Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

We are hemorrhaging institutional knowledge at a rapid pace

Current management is acting like long-term institutional knowledge doesn't matter. Not only is nobody trying to keep people who are desperately needed for their knowledge, but they're also being actively pushed out in every new round of layoffs. Is nobody worried about what kind of consequences this might have on the company's future?

They do not care. They are not here to serve the clients, they are here to line their pockets, drive the company into the ground and then ride off into the sunset with pockets of money with no regrets.

Old news. Frank has been doing this for years. He believes that if you don't live in NJ or NY, you are a bumpkin and bankers do not want to talk to you.

I left this summer, with decades of knowledge and experience going with me. For a better job, working from home (like I have for 15+ years). What is going on is just insane. After all the employees who know and support Fiserv’s products go the clients will follow.

Massive upheaval for no valid reason. This will be a business case on how not to run a company in this era. How desperate do you need to be to move cross country for a job, to a place you don’t want to live. It’s basically a massive layoff with no severance.
