I am looking to leave and am curious who has the best pay in Midland. I know it isn’t us. I heard Concho but they are no longer around. Anyone know who pays the most? I am looking to stay in Midland long term and that is a recipe for failure with ExxonMobil. Have to move every two years with the tiger you know or something is wrong with you.

Oxy was a good spot until they bought Anadarko and destroyed two companies simultaneously.
